We were already in love with Italian coffee culture, when a few years ago we had the pleasure of meeting a descendant of Antonio Pascucci, the famous Italian coffee roaster on his visit to San Francisco. Soon after, we would be introduced to his family’s long tradition of quality coffee that started in 1883.
A month later, we traveled to Italy and had our first sip of Pascucci espresso and our love for coffee was transformed! By the end of the first cup, our passion for Italian coffee culture would manifest into Bravado, the first café to serve and distribute Pascucci coffee in the United States.
